Self Bondage, Now What?

Your in self bondage and tied up but you think to yourself “now what”.

Your self bondage could be too basic, if this is the case then you need to look at making it little more complicated. For example, if you usually do a spread eagle on your bed then you could do that but add a vibrator that has a random setting or you could try a different position all together.

The most common reason for this feeling is just that you are bored with the same self bondage situation over and over again. If this is you then you need to change your self bondage session, it doesn’t have to be big changes but just small changes like a different room or a different method of tying up (rope, handcuffs etc). If you are feeling a bit adventurous you could try to add a kink or a fetish to your self bondage to make it more erotic.

Sometimes you  just need to add a danger of being spotted or found out. You don’t have to make it totally obvious that your there in a place where lots of people pass but just the chance to be discovered can really help to increase the intensity of the self bondage.

Maybe you are just doing to much self bondage and need to take a break from it. It doesn’t have to be a long break even if it is just a couple of days. Please if you are doing self bondage too much try and get help, it could become a life threatening addiction.

If you have tried adding more spice to your self bondage then maybe it is just time to move on to bondage with someone. This doesn’t mean that you go looking for a master/mistress if you don’t want to, it just means to go find someone who is the same wavelength as you and who is also into bondage.
