hey dude, good advice, they should now this.
I must tell my story:
Two years ago when my company opened new branch I was in situation that many female colleagues wanted me. So I gave them. After few months most of them hated me. Situation now is better, but with scars of affairs. In that moment I didn’t understood that they want relationship with me, because all of them talked different things to me, you now, like parties, going out, casual sex, etc… so I accepted, because I also love that….
I will newer again do it with female colleagues.
