SEX – Church – Religiosity AND Happiness
by This subject is a little bit hard to discuss because people have different visions and most of them assume the majority position without question anything.
The catholic church as the evangelical one by several times were involved in sexual scandals. Maybe it´s time the leaders should think about it and take new directions because the sexuality of people never changes. Sincerely, I don´t think prohibition is the solution neither carrying this responsability to God.
Sex is part of life. It´s extremely necessary and everybody knows and feels that. Of course it is essential for the human race to continue reproducing but it´s also part of our basical necessities, our primitive instincts and our eternal search for hapiness, it´s the complement for any love relationship.
Up where men may resist and master their inner strengths? Can we satisfy God sacrifying our body?
What could happen if the Reverends of the catholic church get married? Wouldn´t they be more prepared to talk about and understand carnal love and keep seeing this as sin?
If they go into pedophilia it´s because there is a necessity for sex and they could not resist; where is the fault? Who have failed the man or the system? Why not to change some laws after centuries? Why keeping hiding the reality?
Is such an hermetical system appropriated for our times?
Probably it will never change anything but think about it and get raised all your doubts is your right.

Maybe sexual abuse could be less if sex were not prohibited in the church´s internal laws.
