Sex Talk Part 5: Webcam Fun

The internet sure has come a long way.

Back in the day when it first started, chat rooms were all the rave.  It was the beginning of social networking and the thrill of talking to people across the globe became a phenomenon.  It was a means of communicating with a wide variety of people, yet still remaining anonymous.  Back then, cybersex was done through words and words alone, creating images in your mind, writing down your most intimate fantasies while the person on the other end did the same, bringing both people to a climax as the masturbation ensued.  Let’s not sugar coat it…that’s what happens.  The biggest problem back then was wondering if the person you were chatting with was actually the gender they claimed to be seeing as how many people on the internet like being deceitful.

As the use of mere words became antiquated, no longer enough to get you by, the added ability to actually see the person you are communicating with created a whole new craze and brought about an entirely new sexual revolution.  The concept of anonymity still exists because you can show your goods without revealing your face, and even if you do, the distance between the two people is so great, the chances of ever seeing the other person in person is remote.  (The key here is to have cybersex with people far, far away and not connect with people close to your hometown.)  I don’t think most people who have cybersex would have sex in real life with each other.  Why?  Because cybersex is an activity that allows you to have the fun without all the other baggage getting in the way.  It’s an intimate moment the two people share, satisfying their current need to get off, then allowing them to resume their lives wherever that may be.  There’s no emotional connection and it gives everyone the freedom to have fun with a multitude of people.  Everyday you can find someone different to share the moment with you with no strings attached.  The truth of the matter is that sitting naked in front of your webcam masturbating as you watch someone else masturbate is nothing more than real-time pornography, and for those of us who have participated in it, let’s be honest and admit…IT’S FUN.  It’s erotic and arousing and most likely because it’s someone we don’t know and will never know, so take it for what it’s worth, enjoy it, and have fun in the moment.
