Sexercise for Men: Take Control

After writing an article on the new trend of sexercise for women, I found that men were really interested in turning themselves from idle couch potatoes into lover of the year too!

In this article I am going to look closely at the type of sexercise that men can fit into their every day life style.

As with women, it is also very important for men to keep the pelvic floor muscles in strong working order. If you missed the type of technique I wrote about in my article ‘Sexercise… take control’ you could find it here.

The muscles you need to concentrate on are called pubococcygeal muscles.  You can remember this by breaking it down (Pub, a mans kingdom. Ococcy, cocky mans best friend and geal, put on a French accent and it gel, as in hair gel. Or you can just call them PC muscles.

These are the muscles that wrap around the base of the penis and the anus. To find these it’s easiest if you stop urinating mid flow, the muscles you used to do this are your PC muscles.

You can perform these exercises daily, anywhere. In the car or on the tram on your way to work or in your favourite restaurant, it really does not matter. No one can see you performing these exercises but they should make a noticeable improvement to your heath and your lovemaking.

Its best to start off with doing these taking small steps at a time, breathe in and hold the muscles for only a few seconds, breath out as you release the muscles. Slowly day-by-day lengthen the holding time and the frequency that you do the exercises.

Soon you will take to doing them as you start to think about your next job or as you clean your teeth, in fact anytime you are stationary. 

When you are masturbating or having intercourse if you pull up your testicles via your PC muscles and squeeze tight it will help hold off your ejaculation, prolong your erection, thus making your final ejaculation more powerful and intense. Please remember to breath in and out as you do the tightening and relaxing of muscles or you just may faint.

Another exercise you could try is aiming to get your penis to be able to hold up a bath towel when fully erect. You will need to start off with a handkerchief and build yourself up by adding larger pieces of cloth or towels. This is a good one as its fun trying as well as beneficial. 

The main thing to remember is to relax, take your time and look forward to when your abdominal muscles are tighter, your lower back is stronger, your posture is better and your erection is harder and you can go on loving through the night.

    After my comments about core strengthening with that group of women I was wondering how long before we’d be reading this. Great article with just the right amount of spice tossed in to make it even more interesting. Instead of using it as a towel rack, try a game of hanky toss with it and become a juggler of tissues…lots of ideas to make the exercise fun!!!
