Skeleton in The Cupboard
by Skeleton in the cupboard is a secret, usually it refers to what you have but you won’t let others know. It can be what you did in the past or anything hidden and not even the closest individual. But, this time, it (the secret) reveals the truth of marital situation.
Actually it is a marital joke, meaning that it may or may not happen in reality; but it is possible that this joke reflects a reality in a marriage life.
In one family, the man and his spouse lived quite happily. They had two children to live with in a small house. On a regular basis (at least every other month), either the man’s parents or his spouse’s parents visited them to see how the family was getting along. The two children went to a High School nearby.
Actually, the man had a skeleton in the cupboard (a top secret) which had been kept as such that nobody knew what it was, even his own wife.
It was not his past affairs with other women, nor was it about his present love affair with one of his colleagues at the office where he was working. Well, it was his sexual performance. In his youth, he got an accident that ended in injured backbone. He never experienced erection ever since (Sorry to say so).
At the same time his parents persuaded him to get married with a woman of his parents’ choice (This tradition applies in some oriental countries). Thus, he had no choice but got married with that woman.

As had been told before, the man was not able to perform sexual activities. In this case, when love-making had to be performed with his spouse, he always turned off the room light and fitted a sex toy (dildo) to himself and satisfied his wife sexually. This had been going on over years of marriage until one night when his spouse said, “I want the light on, darling.”
“No, we get used to having the light off. It is really more romantic.” argued the man.
“Only this time, I want you to see the whole beauty of mine.”
“Well, if you insists, but don’t blame me.”
Of course, when his spouse found out the skeleton in the cupboard (the secret of her husband), she got really mad at him. No sex was performed.
“So you have been cheating me with such a disgusting stuff?” She protested.
Quite a while, the man didn’t say a word. He had lost all his confidence as a man. But then, he said, “But wait, how can we have two children?”
It was finally revealed that both of them had skeletons in the cupboard.
