Scientists have studied 99 men who ate 15 kinds of soy foods in the period 2000-2006. They provided information about the frequency of consumption and the quantity of soybean meal consumed as bacon, burgers, milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, etc..

Men who consumed the food had more of those 41 million sperm per milliliter less than others. Normal semen quality is between 80 and 120 million sperm per milliliter.
