Keys to great sex.

    Sex when you come right down to it is a physical activity.  As with many forms of physical activity, you need to be  in some sort of shape in order to be any good at them.  By being in “shape”, I don’t mean being big and buff. Instead, being in shape means you are in a well rounded physical condition.  How do you get to this well rounded condition? Good question.  These are three vital routines to supercharge your sex life:

1) Yoga-  Yoga not only gives you strength but incredible flexibility and endurance; essential  ingredients for good sex!

2) Core exercises- Most of the work done during sex involves core work.  Having a strong core ensures that you won’t tire out easily since your core muscles have already been conditioned to work hard.

3) Cardiovascular exercise- A strong heart adds even more to your endurance. Of course, what is sex but a whole cardio session moved into the bedroom!

     The good part about doing all these exercises is that not only will your spouse thank you, but in addition, you will be less susceptible to back pain. To top it off,  you will walk taller. How sexy is that?
