May has declared National Masturbation Month. Although this movement of consciousness and media attention, most likely will not be officially recognized

Well I happen to agree with the Elders, to censor and suppress a natural instinctive behaviors such as sex and masturbation, like many American culture has done, is not healthy and can actually be harmful to our self-cultivation. Whatever is repressed will eventually appear one way or another. Sex and masturbation is completely natural. And if you press it, sooner or later you will find some other way to express it, perhaps in ways that deviate or destructive obsession. We should promote masturbation as a way, a healthy, safe and natural way to express our sexuality, as well as educating young people about the human body, healthy pleasure, and reproduction.

Former mother-in-law would refer to private parts his son as a “post-a-poor” – because “you Posta do not play with them or talk about them”. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! By pressing the innate urge to explore our bodies, especially our sensitive organs sex, then how are we ever going to feel comfortable with intimacy or discussing personal health problems? People associated masturbation with guilt, shame and embarrassment when it really should be fully celebrated act of parenting, self-love, joy.

Masturbation is the first overt sexual act experienced by most people. In young children, masturbation is a normal part of self-exploration that a growing child. In one national study, 95% male and 89% of women reported that they had masturbated. This is the most popular sexual activity and often involved in the whole world. In fact, many sexual health educators often refer to it as one of the pillars of sexual health and mental development. Studies show masturbation has documented emotional, physical and psychological benefits. In addition to physically pleasing, masturbation is a good way to release stress and sexual tension that can build up from time to time, especially for people without partners. Masturbation is also a safe sexual alternative for people who want to avoid pregnancy or STDs. Masturbation is a very common behavior, even among people who have sexual relations with a partner.

Various kinds of animals will masturbate and also use objects as tools to help them do so. Bonobos monkeys in masturbation and sex specific use to ease social tensions and aggression, as they literally ranged complicated society, recreational sex. They enjoy an endless masturbation, French kissing, oral sex, gay sex, and sexual relations in every position imaginable with their tribal members are willing, or partners at once. If it feels good, then do it – with or without a partner. The animals know it and feel ashamed of anything – why should we?
