The Four Stages of Female Orgasm

Orgasm occurs when women reach the peak of female sexual arousal. There are four stages of female orgasm: stimulation / arousal, plateau, orgasm and finally elation.

Doctors and scientists have studied hundreds of years orgasm. Although this feeling was shown in complicated terms and technical data, there are still more elusive and mysterious aspects.

The first two stages prepare the body for female orgasm.During the first stage, early sexual activity or foreplay to send signals to the vagina begins to lubricate, while the more blood is pumped to the genitals and breasts hard.

During level 2, continue to lubricate the vagina and begins to swell. In this phase of the female orgasm, the clitoris is very sensitive and contracts. It also increases muscle tension and spasms can occur in feet, but the hands and face.

The third stage of the female orgasm is when its body is overwhelmed by a strong feeling of total pleasure. This feeling is then followed by the nature of involuntary muscle contractions in the pelvic region. All these muscles surround the sexual organs and lead to orgasm.

But that’s not all! When the woman has an orgasm, she suffers spasms throughout the body, outwardly through sounds, words and finally finished with a euphoric feeling and calm. Of the four stages of female orgasm, it is the shortest, lasting only about three seconds.

Most people think that female orgasm is over here, but is not so! The fourth and final stage of orgasm when a woman is her body in this state is calm and auforica. At this point, soften nipples and clitoris, vagina returns to normal, slow breathing and heart beat in normal rhythm.

In some cases, this is not the end! One of the most wonderful things for women is that they can have multiple orgasms. In this case, the woman goes from stage 4 directly into stage 2, reincepand cycle.
