Female anatomy has always been a point of dialectic interests and with the disclosure of presence of an erotic area better known as G-spot in recent years, has too extensively added on the controversy. Several researches have been conducted worldwide to establish its existence, location and function. Some religiously support its presence synonymous to the male prostate gland and some pay no heed arguing it as a myth flooded in public for spice and adventure.

Criticism apart, G-spot has been widely accepted as a fact by public and practitioners. And quiet tactfully marketed and touted by the manufacturers of dildos and sex toys.

Where did it come from?

The term “G-spot” or “Grafenberg-spot” is named after a famous German gynaecologist Ernst Grafenberg, who was the first to publish a paper in 1950’s revealing the presence of an erogenous area in the anterior vaginal wall responsible for a stalwart sturdy orgasm and ejaculation.

What is G-spot?

It’s a rough pea shaped spongy tissue of para urethral gland analogous to the male prostate. It comprises of erectile tissue which swell twice their size with the rush of blood under the hormonal titillation.

Where is it?

It is situated 1 or 2 inches deep to the vaginal opening on the front wall.  But sometimes it is observed to be a bit drifted, we all are different individuals and the pleasure point can vary, the frequent variation is to the posterior wall 1-2 inches deep similar to the anterior one.

How to find it?

The best period to locate is when a gal is aroused as the rise in its size makes it rather convenient.  Either it can be self analysed or pondered by the opposite partner simply by inserting the index or fore finger gently as far as possible while the gal is lying on her back. Then coast the finger along the vaginal wall till one discovers a region rough in comparison to the others. The rough area is the “G-spot”; oftentimes there is a reaction of a pleasurable sensation on contact.

If there is no reaction then trying it a bit harder can cause it or the other walls can be put up for a test to bring her to the utmost desire.

How to utilise it to make love?

The best way is to stroke it manually as a part of foreplay, or else dildos and sex toys can be used. Some gals may enjoy the penile stimulation so guys blessed with a slightly upward curved penis can easily do the trick or else the doggy style or women on top style can provide maximum contact to the G-spot.

G-spot orgasms when used in conjunction with the contraction of muscles can surely take it to heights of pleasure and satiety.

An intricate use of foreplay along with intelligent application of G-spot can surely upgrade sexual pleasure and intimacy of a couple.

How on earth did I overlook this article? Eeh bah gum, the G spot, huh? Okay, I’ll try me very best. Here goes …

When it comes to women [no pun intended] I believe I’m a guy who can hit the right spot first time out [or in, depending on your view of things]. Yorkshire women are in a class of their own when it comes [there I go with that word again] to having an orgasm, or two. The secret to a successful G-spot hitting night is to buy your woman a donner kebab with extra chilly sauce to gobble down [sorry if that sounded rude, it was unintentional]. Yourkshire women will scream out with sheer delight on first glance of that kebab – trust me, fellas, it works every time!

Nice article, Doctor Shalini. I’m looking forward to reading the next one.
