The Mysteries of Heaven on Earth

I remember as a young man going through the period of my life when my hormones introduced themselves to me as a permanent fixture in my life. Well for me, this period transpired while I was a young minister in my church. And amongst my cleric peers there was a long-standing secret joke, as to just where or what the promise land really was. Now growing up in the Pentecostal church we had been infected with the dis-ease of abstinence. So this promise land with the great river… a river that flowed with milk and honey, with a tree on each side of the river and the leaves growing on the trees were good for the healing of the nation, to us this could only be one thing.

King Solomon said,” how beautiful are the feet of the prince’s daughter, her navel was like a goblet, her belly was wheat that set amongst the lilies, the joints of her thighs was like a jewel made by a cunning workman”.

From the beginning, humanity’s survival has depended upon women’s sexuality. Every tribe’s survival has depended upon a woman’s capacity to give birth and to bear healthy off spring into the next generation.

Our ancestors understood, that a woman’s birth-giving power is fundamental to the Power of “Be-ing”, she creates, sustains, and transforms the world. The images and icons of the Sacred Female celebrate a woman’s awesome ability to regenerate life. It is in a woman’s body, that the “Great Goddess” becomes manifested.

Lovemaking is a ritual that celebrates the Goddess, the natural inclinations of filling a void draws masculine and feminine into one. Her Kundalini energy is the power of attraction that connects polarities and intertwines with the universe, it pulls us toward creation.

Her sexuality is one expression ,of “His” erotic life force, our core life energy. The source of this energy is her body’s center, it is “The Gate of the Mysterious Female.” When she activate her body’s center with movement and breath, it ignite our inner source of vitality. She amplifies human life energy as a whole.

The second chakra, associated with the element of water, it is often called the sexual chakra, because sexual energy is believed to originate there. But the second chakra is much more than simply a sex chakra; it is the seat of creativity. Sexual energy usually refers to an energy exchange between two people and so this chakra is also concerned with the nature of energy exchange between yourself and another. This chakra is located at the sacrum, which is the densest bone in the spinal column.
