LOS ANGELES (AP) – Justin Bieber accusation that had a baby with a woman who filed a paternity suit is totally false singer’s representative said Wednesday.
Bieber’s team will attempt to “all the forces every legal means available” to answer the charge, said Rep. Melissa Victor in a statement.
“Although we have not reviewed the lawsuit is sad that someone can invent slanderous accusations, which also can see how false,” said Victor.
The court records show that Mariah Yeater filed a paternity suit against Bieber, 17, on Monday in the Superior Court of San Diego. California law keeps confidential paternity matters, but Radar Online published a copy of the complaint on its website.
Yeater, 20, said Bieber had sex with after one of the singer’s concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles in October 2010, according to the lawsuit. The woman had a child in July and believes the teen star is the father because there were no other men with whom she had sex at the time.
Yeater asked a judge to grant maintenance and support for a paternity test.
Yeater’s lawyers said in a statement provided to The Associated Press that his client does not ask a lot of money to Bieber.
Yeater “filed a legal modest,” said Lance Rogers and attorneys Matthew Pare. “Credible evidence exists that Justin Bieber is actually the father of the baby.”
The lawyers also said Bieber has not denied that he had unprotected sex with Yeater after the concert.
“We call on Justin Bieber and their lawyers to contact and resolve this issue in a reasonable manner,” they added.
Bieber, who was 16 at the time of the alleged sexual relationship he wrote on his Twitter account Wednesday that he would not heed rumors and if he should be judged only by his music.
