NUMBER 1

Never ask for sex, it doesn’t work, trust me. Its a major turn off. If you want it, then just roll over and kiss her, there’s no need to ask. Kissing women in bed is an indicator, that its time for sex and they are much more likely to respond well. Just be subtle and make it romantic, and never use the “F” word, unless she does, because it sounds like some animal act.

NUMBER 2

Floss your teeth everyday, bad breathe is disgusting and then number 1 wouldn’t work at all. Brushing your teeth just isn’t enough, Flossing gets right in there and gets out all the old food pieces which is the cause of terrible smell.

NUMBER 3

When making the act of love, look in her eyes, go ahead and touch where you please, but don’t look at her body. It will make her self conscious, which is the last thing you want. Around 80% of women are unhappy with there body, so keep the focus on her eyes.

Tell her how good she is, for example “Oh babe, touch me there again…” It makes her feel good about herself, and will make her more confident to try new things and really get active.

Always go on top unless she says differently. Being top means they are in control, which makes her nervous so just do her a favour and be on top.
