Why Most of Us Associate Nudity with Pornography?
If we observe the sexual behavior of animals and compare them with human, we are going to note that most animals do not always associate nudity with sex. Most animals are naked all the time, yet they don’t seems to show interest in sexual intercourse all the time.
This observed behavior could be explained by Associative Model of Cognition. Associative Model of Cognition posit that as a cognitive system exposed to several stimuli, they are going to start looking for association between different stimuli. The more often two stimuli occur together, the stronger the association in our cognitive system would be.
The connection between Associative Model of Cognition with our strong association of nudity with pornography lies in the fact that most human don’t have furs. Because we don’t have furs, we need clothing to survive the elements.
Just like other living beings, our survival still relies on our rate of reproduction. Therefore the practice of sexual intercourse is still something essential for our survival as a species. Doing sexual intercourse with clothes on is of course uncomfortable. This is why we have to undress ourselves before doing so.
As the act undressing and sexual intercourse are often observed to occur in short period between, human start associate nudity with sexual intercourse. This process is similar the practice of feeding a dog in short interval of time after ringing a bell, when we want to train the dog to respond to the ring of a bell. By observing nudity to occur a short interval before the act of sexual intercourse take place, we start to enhance our association between nudity and sexuality.
After a long time, the association start to become embedded in our culture and belief system. The association between nudity and pornography become something that we teach to our children. We tell them not to show their naked body to people other than their couple. After thousands years of cultural evolution, we start associating naked figure to sexuality, even if the naked figure in question have no intention for sexual intercourse or have no capability for having such intent.

This is an interesting theory, but you didn’t touch on the subject at hand. I was looking for more of a comparison.
