Communism Isn’t That Bad

1. Communism controls every aspect of the peoples lives.

Not true, Communism is simply a way to distribute wealth to the people. It isn’t even a way to lead them.

Communism works as such:

The government redistributes the wealth in such a way that everyone is payed an equal amount dependent on their needs. A family of 9 will be payed more than a single living alone. The people are allowed to take the job they want, and work as much as they want, but they will all be payed the same amount. This ELIMINATES all social classes. There are no rich people, and there are no poor people.

2. Then why do Communist countries suck so bad?

They suck because it isn’t a real Communism. ‘Real’ Communism is sharing, their Communism is hoarding. Money is directly related to power (money = power). And in a Communism the government gets almost all of the country’s money. This inflow of money will increase the power the government holds, and as stated by President Lincoln, “Absolute power corrupts absolutely”. All the power the government gets will change it from whatever it had before, into a Dictatorship. Simply put, it’s not Communism people hate, but Dictatorships that spring from Communism.

3. Well, how does Communism compare to America?

America is a Capitalist Democracy. Capitalism is where the people own businesses and earn their own money. People choose which business they want to work for, and get paid depending on the quality of their work, and what work they do. In a Communism, people still choose what they do for their lives, but get paid a set amount.

4. Is there anything wrong with Communism?

Well, yes. Just like there are things wrong with our Capitalism. In a Capitalist state, there are incredibly rich people, and incredibly poor people. This leads to riots, protests, and jealousy. In a Communist state everyone has the same amount of money. This means that luxuries are very rare, unless the entire country is doing that well. Not to mention the a fore mentioned problem with the government hoarding all of the money. There is also a problem with the pay itself. People are naturally greedy, and a doctor earning the same amount as a plumber is next to unheard of. There are also people who find that, even if they don’t work at all (or work less than others), they will always get paid the same. So yes, Communism isn’t perfect.

5. Well if Communism is ’so perfect’, can it help solve OUR economy?

We don’t NEED to do ANYTHING to our economy. Want to solve our economy? One word: Spend. The companies are firing workers because they don’t have the money to pay them all. Then the workers are poor and cannot buy anything. Then the companies lose even more money and are forced to fire MORE workers to compensate for the loss of profits. A never ending negative cycle.
