Lots of arguments are raised time without number on gender equality for nations building and especially to people in the government. On gender (men and women), women are the focal point here. Many nations of the world are doing their best to ensure that both genders participate in the government and other crucial roles which are formally done by their male counterparts.  More so, civilization and modern social lifestyle see it happening life that women are claiming most jobs undertaking by man. Most sophisticated positions and jobs are best performed by women and you too have your own testimonies to share here.

There is this popular say from the book ‘Animal Farm’ written by George Owel and I quote; “All animals are equal but some are greater than others”. This may not be referring to gender here, but that’s what many people will have it as. Could that be true? That question is for you and that should be answered with reasons.

Behind a successful man is a woman as most people may it. Another saying has it that what a man can do, a woman can do better. Men are so strong and masculine in nature and all that; what about the powers of women? Have you thought of that before? Men can do many things perfectly but women does it faultlessly also but in their own direction. Men should not bully women because they are on top always and women should not threaten men because they are child bearers or possess other feminine powers. Both genders like input and output must be intertwined to always have things moving on. Plainly speaking gender equality should be encouraged. No discrimination of any kind for whatsoever should be between genders. If such gender equality is ensured, we are bound to be successful in our daily fairing social lifestyle.
