Managing Research

Research is the integral part for dissertation involving human activity, deliberated with passions, hope, imagination, cultural biases, & personal prejudices.

Research is a means for elucidating new proposals , or ideas, defining existing problems, implementation studies of intervention in an organization.

Planing should be done before starting with the research, such as, research topic ,objectives,methodology, collection of data, literature review, & finally dissertation writing.

Topic – It gives individual preference to choose the topic in interested area of particular field, or either it will be imposed as per the academic or corporate stakeholders interests, or needs.

Objective- Objectives has to be clearly defined , & informed to the head of the department & participants of the organization.

Methodology- Research emphasis on the systematic , scientific, & rigorous procedures following context with the concepts &  theories planned under the guidance of supervisor.

Data collection – Collect & analyse the data acquired through following research procedure.It would be latter interrogated for arguments & discussions, with reference to the concepts & theories.

Literature review- Literature resources can be gathered from the books, Internet, magazines, & journals

Dissertation writing- Writing in conventional manner with well- structured texts, listed topics, graphs & charts gives easy assessment & good picture of research proposal.
