There is a widespread belief that the Mayan calendar contains a prophecy that will come in 2012 “doomsday”.

To understand what may happen to the Earth and its people need to stay calm and try to follow the facts. It’s not as easy as some describe. This is a fairly complicated science, but it is relatively easy to understand.

Deciphering the calendar.
