A Clear Horizon: The Future
The Russian sky is clear as the American sky can be bright. It is important to have a sense of belonging and that is how people live where they live because they like how the place looks like.
Immigration is one of the important factors in human history. Before, immigration there were explorers who were sent to discover new places. That is how the continents were discoverd for example Jacques Cartier a French national discovered Quebec, in Canada. Other populations were forced to migrate because of natural disasters for instance from Ireland because the potato had got a disease. Nowadays populations tend to migrate to follow the people they now and form a community. For all these reasons populations should be informed about the places they are going to.
Infact, most of the immigrants are from over populated countries. The first country to be over populated is the United Kingdom, followed by France, Senegal, China, India, Congo Zaire and nowadays Burundi and Rwanda. The United Kingdom is an example with the discovery of the steam engine which helped to develop the industry of the railway. Now, many countries are equipped with railways on which goods are transported from one place to another.
The issue is that most of the population who migrate have difficulties to keep their native language and they want instead to forget all about their culture. This is not good for other populations which would like to discover also the countries where they lived and were brought up. Culture is the common memory of a population and by knowing other cultures you can probably also understand your own culture.
In this sense most of the immigrants tend to migrate in “rich” countries. This means countries which are already equipped instead of going to countries like Russia which needs labour and to populate the country. Russia is the biggest country in the world which has an important coal mining industry. This last industry is very diversified and can produce many equipment from construction, vehicles to kitchenware for example. All is need is to know what are the priorities in terms of transformation.
So, immigration has become crucial especially for security reasons. Most of the populations who migrate have civic rights instruction. They are aware of what they can do or not do to keep their position in society. There are lobbies which need to say what they think about their languages and how to make them accessible and this for Arabic and Chinese language. The Russian language is spoken in Russia and all the parts of Eastern Europe and Norway have a dialect from Russian. This last language is important to enter the Economic market of East Europe and of the Oriental World in general.
As a matter of fact, if the world is not careful there are problems which can happen with regards of health of the future generations. Populations are for example encourage to stay fertile and to plan the education of their children so that the economy can keep going. This means that all the racist aspects that are encountered in society have to be studied in order to make sure there not populations which are excluded because they are not aware of other cultures.
Thus, diplomacy can do a good job to inform other populations about other cultures by organising parties to show art and other aspects of not only the country which is represented but also aspects of the host country. Some cultures learn from others for example African populations clean their hands to eat food with their fingers and nowadays you can see customers eating fries with their fingers. It is good to be among the happy few.
