The Aborigines arrived in Australia, many years ago, they make 1,5% of the Australian population today. They are probably the first inhabitants to settle in Australia and America.
The word Aborigine comes from the latin aborigine, which means ‘from the start.’
Aborigine’s cave paintings and tools have been in Australia dating back to at least forty five thousand years ago. Aborigines preferred to be called Kooris.
British people began settling in Australia about two hundred years ago, they now form the majority of the population, along with other white Europeans.
Many of the earliest settlers in Australia were convicts transported from Britain for minor crimes.
The Kooris or Aborigines of Australia spread right across the pacific, many thousands of years ago to settle in Australia. Many Australians have ancestoral roots in the British Isles.
Australia, is now a built-up city and is great to live in, or vsist.
The Aborigines are still trying to claim some of their land back from the governement.
Still growing with people from all over the world, including Croatians.
