Appalachian Ohio Region

We see all of these celebrites going to Africa and places like that to help people who are struggling and starving. That is wonderful and admirable. However, there are people here in our home country that need help as well. One of those places is Appalachia, Ohio.  It may be a beautiful place it is still one of the most poor place in the United States.  I heard from my grandmother that the people who live there are not holding onto jobs because everything keeps closing down because it is such a rural area and they don’t have the money to get out.  These children are starving. There area counties like this everywhere in the United States.
