Black vs. White: Lie vs. Racial

Concerning Joe Wilson’s remark.

It is imperative that the race card is played, and “kangaroo courts” are conducted in the Senate Chambers in order for the healthcare bill to slip into existence.  This particular health care bill is so important to Obama that he claims it to be his.  He cannot give a speech without elaborating on health care.  For instance, the speech he gave today in favor of the American Auto Workers Union turned abruptly to health care.  Here of late he seems to be “begging” for the bill to pass.  Harry Reed said today, it is going to pass if they have to use only the votes of the Democrats.  When the Liberals pass HR3200 without a bipartisan vote, the American people are going to land on the lawn of the Capitol.  As they should!

The bill has been tried and refined for thirty years.  The Clinton’s pushed the same bill and put it aside when they realized the people did not want a government run health care.  Obama is trying to choke a dead horse.  He said it has been talked about enough, one would think he would fold that “junk” up and file it in file thirteen.  We do not want it Mr. President!  What is it you are not understanding?  Enough already!

Jimmy Cartermade disconcerting statements concerning Barack Obama.  Mr. Carter feels that the American people feel an African-American does not have the ability to run this great country.  What a shame that Jimmy Carter, the very worse President in history, would make a claim such as that.  He needs to weigh his own opinion before reaching one for the entire nation.

Misusing the racial card to promote unrest is belittling the whole country.  There was nothing racial about the remark Congressman Wilson yelled out to the President.  He simply exploited his feelings at that particular moment.  Feelings that were uncalled for; but, as feathers in the wind, those words he spoke cannot be recovered.  Still, there are very serious issues on the floor of the Senate, and you would think “our servants” would be more concerned about the American people and stop the idiom.

The playing field will never be leveled as long as we continue arguing the black and white issue.  It’s time we stop the race card and simply proclaim that we are AMERICANS.
