The bane of modern day living is that we never seem to have enough time for anything.

       The bane of modern day living is that we never seem to have enough time for anything. Our lifestyle is a constant whirl of activities and we rush from one to the other, barely pausing for breath. One of the major problems is the lack of time for the most important activity-exercise. And this lack of time is cited as the most common reason for not exercising. One easy way to take out time for exercise is to incorporate it into the routine of your day. All it takes is a little planning and some inspiration to squeeze in the exercise all day long. It is not easy making exercise a habit. However, it starts with a decision and is followed by taking an action. This action can be as simple as taking the dog for a walk or as complicated as training for a marathon. Make a commitment to yourself to find time to exercise and improve your health. Consider some of these ideas that can help you find time for exercising. We all take out time in our lives for the things that are most important to us. If you are serious about finding time for exercise, then it must be a priority in your life. Wake up half an hour earlier and go out for a walk with your dog or friends. Or, hit the neighborhood gym. Early morning can be a quiet and peaceful time for exercise because there will be no interruptions. Make your exercise as enjoyable as possible. Soon your exercise routine will have become a healthy habit.
