Breakfast Clubs

Thousands of children in UK live in poverty. It means that they start day from being hungry. They can’t concentrate, they behaviour can be disruptive. The initiative of breakfast clubs allows those children to have healthy meal before the lessons begin.

One of such great initiatives is Magic breakfast, which provides the most important meal of the day to more than 6000 children. Many of us wonder, how it possible that such powerful economy like UK allows their children to be hungry. Well this is a  harsh reality. In Westminster, there is constant battle about money, power, oil, where to start new war and wellbeing of hungry children is on the last place on the list of the government. It’s great,  that such places like Breakfast clubs exist and even more great that huge companies like Kellogg’s or Greggs support this amazing idea. It means that there is hope for us and that the world is not such bad place as we think.
