Charice Pempengco Cancelled Her Appearance with David Foster and Friends Concert Tour in Singapore

Charice Pempengco is Filipino recording artist and actress dubbed by Oprah Winfrey as the “Most Talented Girl in the World” cancelled her appearance and apologized to her Singapore fans. Charice and David Forster are having a concert tour with other artist when this shocking news reaches the young performer. Charice presently in Jakarta for a concert convey her sorry to all her fans in Singapore who are expecting her appearance with the group. Charice hoping her fans in Singapore to understand her situation and wishes to see them next year

A suspect identified as Angel Capili Jr. stabbed Charice’s father Ricky Pempengco to death last Monday night, October 31. The incident happened south of Manila in Barangay Laram San Pedro Laguna. Ricky, who is having a drinking session with his friends left to buy a cigarette when the suspect approached him and stabbed the victim with an ice pick. Ricky fled but the suspect stabbed him again and died on the spot. Ricky’s friends were not able to help the victim in fear that the suspect armed with an ice pick will hurt them too. It is said that the victim and the suspect had a quarrel way back 2005.

Ricky once described by her estranged wife Raquel as a violent husband and that caused her to left him with their kids including Charice who is now 19 years old. Charice on the other hand expressed her feelings on twitter and wrote “I love him and will still love him. He’s still my Dad after all”. Meanwhile, Charice fans here in the Philippines are expecting her arrival very soon to give their support and prayers.
