Customer Service

They call it customer service, help, or support; it should be called “the run around” pure and simple. Trying to complete a call has become a challenge. I am so irritated when trying to contact a business and can only get a machine. Seems you have to try to outsmart the prompts in order to talk to a human. Than you get frustrated and hit zero three or four times and they get short with you, “that is not a valid response, good bye”
Finally when you get someone and they are from around the world, “jess may I hulp you” than the battle of language begins. You know you are in trouble when they use the salutation Mr. or Mrs. Followed by your first name. “Jess Mr. John I am here for you today” You can hear the elephants in the back ground. A while back I was told “have a nice hour” I guess he did not like me enough to give me all day.
