Dog Lovers Show That Tops All Shows

This will be an extraordinarily wonderful display and celebration of many canines as The American Kennel club lights the 125th Anniversary National championship mark soon.

All the entrants have been acknowledged as of November 11, 2009,  paid the fees and are  nearing the day they have worked hard on for sometime.  On December 12 th and 13 th, many breeds of dogs will enter the reserved Entertainment and convention center in Long Beach California for the  AKC/ Eukanuba National Championship.    The over 260,000 square feet of indoor space will be proportionately divided for specific events.  30,000 square feet is designated to obedience and 60,000 square feet will be used for agility invitationals.

Meeting the contestants which are the parade of the breeds and their managers will, as always be one of the eye drawing proceedings that thrill everyone.  Imagine, for a minute, the excitement of years of training to be highlighted for your efforts at such a gala affair.  Special recognition is given to an owner who shows their own dog at this Dog show by categorizing those proud pet owners in a designated group all alone.

The excitement effects the managers more than the animals, since the dogs focus has been so deeply worked on, that the canines just go and strut their stuff for the judges to view and give awards accordingly.  The wide variety of groups of dogs walking together is like no runway you will ever experience in any other show.  Categories include:  All sporting, hounds, toy and non-sporting breeds with Junior Showmanship will be in the spot light on Saturday for the judges.  On Sunday spectators will be again wowed with all working, Terrier, Herding breeds with a miscellaneous  class open for judging.  The information is courtesy American Kennel Club calendar for December 2009.  You can follow all the latest happenings by logging in on their website at:  http://www/akc.org  Results of the Championship Show will be announced on December 13th by that trusted site.

Fine detail has been attended to by many groups and supported by devoted dog lovers  from numerous areas of the United States and some parts of the world as well.  There will be over 130 speciality clubs entries at this Championship Dog Show.  You will find it difficult to blink for fear you will miss some event or show stopping performance of one of the performers. Your senses will be refreshed in ways you never imagined when you are part of the 125th AKC Championship Dog Show. If you cannot make this special event in person, click on the link or watch the show on TV.
