David Tennant stars as the Tenth Doctor with Neil Morrissey as a man who claims that he is actually the Doctor instead.
The story begins with the Tenth Doctor using the TARDIS to go to Victorian London. Only something is not quite right. But the Doctor cannot place his finger on what it is.
Meanwhile the next Doctor as he calls himself is frantically searching around London for his lost son with the help of his maid. He can remember that his wife was killed and that metal men took his son.
When the two men meet the next Doctor tells the real Doctor that he has made his own TARDIS, and that something strange is going on at a local orphanage. Together they must take on the Cybermen and their human collaborators.
