Ever Heard of Shatwan Island?
This is about a rarely heard of island in the Carribean. This island is so unheard of, that it can’t be viewed on Google Earth and this is actually the 1st time this island has been mentioned on the internet. If your wondering how I know about it, look at my name.
Shat-wan island is a small island in the South Caribbean.

During the 15th century, the island was used as a smugglers bay for hiding away their riches.
During the time after the abolition of slavery, black people in the souTh of the USA migrated to Shat-wan Island and lived together forming a large tribe.
The island is not inhabited by many people now because the majority of them moved to Jamaica in search of better lives.
The island was bought by successful bussiness man, Mohammed Abdulrahman Shatwan (my grandad).
He successfully transformed the island into a tropical paradise and named the island after himself.
The only problem is that it compares to nothing with the other island located in the local vicinity.
Like any other island in the Caribbean, Shat-wan island boasts the perfect ingredients for a perfect holiday.
Wide beaches surround the entire perimeter of the island, allowing tourists to sunbathe on the white sand.
all year round tourists are attracted to the island in search of a pleasant weekend, week or monTh.

Probably not, if he was related to him owning an island, he wouldn’t be trying to make money on Triond

my name is first name is shatwan and my mother claims she just made it up…( the first three letters of my name SHA are the last three letters of my mothers name and the last four letters of my name TWAN are the last four letters of my fathers name). i ran across this article in a search for more meaning/connections of my name. it is also the last name of an OPEC associate and it means “flowing water” when written in mandarin. if you have any other info let me know.
