Gone But Not Forgotten

     What has the world come to? Why are we treating our own fellow brothers and sisters this way? We need to unite and stop this violence. This is not what the world should be like. What joy does another man get from killing a fellow brother or sister? We need to stop this inhumane behavior! Even animals don’t treat each other like this. Yes, they will kill for food but that’s just their natural survival instincts. They will fight for mates but in rare occasions do they fight and kill each other. Why can’t we be like that? Every year millions of people die because of murder. Even innocent people get killed for no reason. Do they do it for fun? The hatred and the wickedness in their heart allows them to do such atrocities. How can you stand in front of an innocent little girl that you don’t even know and just shoot her? We’re taking this too far. What will we be like in the future? When technology is rapidly increasing and more weapons are built.

Even though this problem will get worse over the years, there is something we can do to lower it. Report any abuse that we see in our community. Always be on the look out for suspicious activities. Warn neighbors of any violent activities in the neighborhood and report it to the police. If you are driving home and you notice that someone is constantly following you, drive to the nearest police station immediately. See a child getting abused in any form of way (does not include a parent disciplining their child)? Report it to your nearest law enforcer.

There should be an international day just for people who suffered from such tragedies. A tribute to all who lost their lives from crime and violence. For all the families out there that are grieving about their innocent love ones that got murdered, I have news for you. God has a plan for you. God won’t make you go through anything that you can’t bear. Trust God and he will work out something for you. Pray to him about your problems and thank him for life. Rejoice because the day when Jesus comes back for us, you will see them again. 

Everything happens for a reason and it was God’s plan to take them home. Your suffering and mourning will only be temporary because Jesus is coming soon and when he comes we will live with him for ever!
