		<description>As a former librarian, I definitely concur with your observation. Boys would read action novels up until about age 12, and after that I rarely saw them in the library. There were a few exceptions, the most intelligent boys would keep reading. Whether they were intelligent because they kept reading, or kept reading because of their intelligence, I don&#039;t know, but I think it was both. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In our church library, we have so many great books written for men, but it is mostly women reading them. It&#039;s a shame.</description>
