History Repeats Itself

Today Sharad Pawar Union Agriculture Minister is been slapped by the common man of India. According to NDTV reporter Barkha Dutt’s question “Is this era going to be a transition period”.

Yes this is leading the way to the transition of Indian Democracy. The story long back relates to failure of Revolt of 1857 against British Government – the revolt was failed because of lack of awareness and nationalism unity. The concept of one nation was yet not developed in the mind of Indian people. The same way today there has been a start of strong fight between AAM AADMI and Corrupt Politicians. I am deliberately saying Politicians and not UPA / NDA / BSP / etc. As Mangal Pandey was first to show anger and revolt because he felt that he was victimized. Same way people today – one who are getting caught in the so called Government problems, are revolting individually on their own power. Nobody have any social political power or party behind them.

During Indian National Movement (1905 – 1947) there were two types of freedom fighters Extremists (Ahimsa) on one side and Revolutionaries on other side. Both were fighting against same propaganda that is getting Independence from British Government but Extremists path was led by Gandhian philosophy and Revolutionary path was by using violence using Guns and Bombs like Bhagat Singh,Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose,Sukhdev,Rajguru,etc.Sameway today also there are two types of nationalist. One following Gandhian way e.g Team Anna, Irom Sharmila,etc. and the other one trying to change India by harassing politicians, beating them in public.

Seeing all this I think this is the time to revamp India from these goon turned Politicians who are corrupting and running our democracy according to their own way. This is the era where we are frightened to use all our rights to freedom. We do not have freedom of speech because we think that if I speak this in media or public the local goon / Politician’s men’s will beat me and harass my family. We do not believe in Police whose first oath to service is to keep citizen of India secure, provide them security. See the image of Police department in Bollywood movies,still they do not feel ashamed of their own. We are frightened to take any matter to Court, saying that kaun Court ke chakar katega, Vakilo ko bhari paisa dena padta hain case jitne ke liye. Each and every department of Government does not perform its duty. Instead of directly visiting to RTO for driving license we find some agent “jo khila pila ke mera kam kar dega”.

I do not understand where does Insaniyat disappears while making low quality work.What happens to one’s self respect during initiating or getting part of these acts. While approving low quality construction the Engineer, Politician and bureaucrats involved very well understand that if this bridge collapses this is going to kill lot of people. Does he implements the same types of decision for his one sons or spouse. Still how come he sanctions to plan these types of decisions. If everyone is not performing his duties with 100%, automatically we will reach to the top of the world.
