Manager and The Management
A case study.
If you are at large corporate set up yours working scope may be limited then you can work like a crab, thrust upon the corporate policy and make changes in the sideways. Custom is more rigid in the above case but in case of smaller corporate customs rigidity is less and you can do the complete opposite to crab effect as described above. So, you as a change agent what you will be doing to the organization creates a far greater and far reaching effect on yours staffs and most of the times it is visible and felt.
So, you can view yours work in progress and can gain much speedier approval of yours working implementation. There is always an exceptions to this so always be prepared for the surprises on part of yours certain staffs be prepared to tackle those situations with the implementation of part two of yours plan of action. The bad news is that you will always face resistance while making the change. You can manage and consolidify yours team and make them understand what yours aim is towards but some times yours team will not support you but s then in such situations you are alone and the resistance is much more than you had expected .
So, the convince yours staff and team members that you are only doing good for them and try to show them the example or demo sometimes so that it will gain the organization as well as the whole set up and the more gain in the long term process with short term gain for all the organizational staffs. The good news is that soon others may follow you , it is just like a social networking site membership if you are doing great work and sending good stuffs through various links and articles then soon others might follow you as this the organizational situation what we may see it up.
Let us take an example, one British farm wants to introduce Japanese culture to their British plant they instead of implementing this they sent a team to that Japanese plant and study their work culture and involve it with them. Then they return to UK and want to implement Japanese culture into their British plant but they felt the heat and faced the opposition. In stead they do not implement those policies straight in to the staffs but they create one small sub element team implement Japanese culture. Slowly, this spread through the factory and changes followed. So, here one can always find case studies to support any management idea, but it does exemplify the potential of a small cell of dedicated zealots-led by you.

Good management is not easy to establish, especially when there is the cultural concern.
