Noise Pollution

Back then, noise pollution most not given enough attention by all party compared to water pollution and air. But latterly, all party have been eye-opening on how serious its increasing noise pollution happened especially in main roads due to road construction. The increase of problem of noise pollution about developed its present technology and the growth of Malaysia’s economy. If the problem not dammed up from the beginning and given serious attention by all party, it will become worse and to be effected to all human being.

 The noise pollution mostly was brought the increase of use of vehicles in road which brought to traffic congestion. Car horn and engine sound from heavy vehicle which brought to noise pollution. Same goes to public transport such as taxi and bus which had no sound absorber like clockwork which merely exacerbate this problem. Vehicle’s owner irresponsible modify their vehicle exhaust only because wish to produce direct the stronger ones sound disturb people life around. 

 The other cause was the result from works in construction site and factory production process.  Sounds generated from construction project who come from large machinery and machine sound such as drilling machine produce shrill and strong sound and noisy. Machine applies in one of the factory is high-powered mixed with machinery sound cooler give problem of noise pollution. 

Equipment for entertainment increasingly grow due to entertainment technology development contributed to noise pollution. Hi-fi equipment which produces sounds at high-level and sophisticated use of the equipment in entertainment centre further increase noise pollution.  Entertainment centre usually produce sound which exceeded of those limits fixed for human hearing namely 80 decibels.  Selfish nature of people who like using their hi-fi in high-level disturb their neighbourhood. 

Worst effect of this noise pollution was the impact to human hearing which merely can hear the sound reach the limit 80 decibels only. If the matter protracted for someone, it would cause occurence of problem either permanently or while in eardrum which eventually can become deaf because it is very gentle and sensitive human hearing organ. Study does to frequent factory worker bared to noise pollution long few years prove that their hearing organ is lower from people that does not exposed to that situation.   

Emotional stress and psychological disorder can happen to one who experience disorder noise pollution. Overpowering noise could cause one lost and failed control think nicely and this lead to someone’s performance decline.

In short, anything type of pollution, sure its will bring bad effect to surrounding world. Due to this, certain parties must find solutions to overcome this problem systematically and scientific without having to reject development and shied away from use science creation and technology.
