Patriotism

We need to start hanging our flag outside again and showing our colors. It seems that the only time Americans show their patriotism is during some unfortunate event. I  do know and realize that it’s been some time but really has everyone forgot about 9/11 already. I don’t mean to make anyone relive that image again but there still is a war going on and our military, in all branches, still need to know we’re supporting them. You don’t have to agree with the war itself but there are young Americans that are sacrificing a lot to be over there.

With the upcoming holidays right around the corner I ask that you proudly start showing our flag again and keep it up until, at the least, all military personnel come home. It don’t have to be a big flag flapping in front of your house but something small. You can get a little flag and display it in your car or a window in your home or just a simple magnet or sticker for your car. I never take my flag off of either my home or my car and I am and always will be proud to display them there. 

We need to start showing the colors of our nation again and never forget those who will never come home.
