This is a good article, because there are two types of people. Those who are early, and those who are late. I have a phobia of being on time. I would rather be one hour early, than one minute late. And like “goodselfme’s
comment. I get very frustrated when I sacrifice my time to get there on time, only to have to wait for those who are always late.

Like Ruby, I have the opposite problem. I get there early. It only takes me 20 minutes (max) to get ready. I factor in everything else and leave myself too much extra time. Result: I get there miles early.

I have another problem. I am always early. I know how long it will take to go where I need to go but I always allow for traffic, bad weather and everything else I can think of. I think the reason is that I have a sister who has never been on time in her life and I’m trying to make up for her.

I am one of those who find it hard to be any place on time. I finally have gotten better and was even told at work that I was clocking in too early. So you can teach an old dog new tricks. Wow, I guess I just called myself a dog. That’s okay I love my dogs.

No, I did not find this amusing, my friend. I used to have acquaintances who were always tardy. Please note the USED to word. I cannot tolerate people being late with me. It creates in me a sense of “you don’t care enough to be on time”. Leaving ample time is the difficulty behind being late. I am glad you are cyber friend with a great knack to publish such a good read.
