A 48-year-old New Zealander who in 2004 was convicted of rape to four years imprisonment, went to live in the house next to his former victim. The woman wants him away, but the police say anything to her two houses in the place doen.De Invercargill in the far south of New Zealand, are so close together that the rapist freely in the living room of the woman can see. The judge has the man while a restraining order imposed indefinitely, but there is no prohibition contained in its neighborhood to live. According to the man he could not find another house. He has an extensive list of crimes to his name and was recently a prison sentence of one year because of the stalking of another woman, the constant intrusion of her house and steal underwear. Police describe him as a dangerous repeat offender with limited mental abilities that are ill and can control shows strong sexual urges. The police asked the man to live elsewhere. He refused.
