Regarding Star tracker Carl Lewis running for Senate sit in New Jersey. I am puzzled some what with this “fiasco”. Number one:

Mr. Carl Lewis maybe star track runner but what is that having to do with him running for Senate sit. Number Two: according to News Media each State in Union have time residency requirement to run in that state for state Office also according to Federal and all local laws your residency is where you are receiving your mail. Question here is; was Mr. Carl Lewis resident of New Jersey according to writing bylaws of the State of New Jersey, if he has met those criteria why we are wasting tax payer money on these frivolous litigations. On the other hand if he did not met criteria it is simple fact that Mr. Carl Lewis can not run for State office. We do not need wasting courts time and west taxpayer money for some one that wants to make name for him self. In my vocabulary 2+2 equals 4 so if any parties in this scenario bring the case before court and judge that is not fully addressable should be made to pay for time and cost of courts time and expanse, there should be no options. Please note; if Mr. Carl Lewis did not met writing bylaws State of New Jersey then Federal Judge which rule in his favor should be thrown off from judge bench because he definitely does not qualified to be judge. Rules can not be change in middle of a game and because this is contingent or linked to a voting in New Jersey no court should even consider taking any action. If change is require it must be done through channels on Federal level because these should apply to all State in USA. First by Congress, Senate and finally for President Signature. This can not be and should not be done on or for individuals in consideration that would be explicitly biased and discriminate. As violation of his civil rights this applies only if bylaws have not being writing over 160 years go that applies to us all and not for one individual.

I can not say one way or other but Mr. Carl Lewis must prove residency; required in bylaws writing for State of New Jersey,
