Rest is Best But Over Rest is Rust

I believe if we follow the above said things then definitely need not to say the above said proverb. So, let all of us think about this and avoid saying “Rest is best but over rest is rust”. This can happen only when we maintain equal balance.

Across the world there are people who take or want to take rest rather than doing something, there are people who don’t want or don’t take rest but always try to do something which helps themselves as well others. There are people who maintain equal balance in taking rest and doing work. This proverb says, that most of the time we should not only work but also we have to take rest as per the requirement of our body. Taking rest doesn’t mean continuously taking rest which makes our body very lazy.

One best example to understand is suppose we have purchased a new bike and if we don’t take that bike for riding and if we just put it in our house garage, then what happens, the bike and bike’s engine may get rusted and many other problems may rise. In the same way if we ride the bike continuously then the bike will have “were and tear” and sometimes may get damaged and have to take for repair. Where as, if we maintain balance we need not to worry. Similarly in our life also if we don’t work but take only rest continuously then one day definitely part of our body stops working or if stretch continuously our body may fall sick. Hence in our life we have to maintain equal balance between them. Then we neither have to take much rest, nor have to take much Burdon.

I believe if we follow the above said things then definitely need not to say the above said proverb. So, let all of us think about this and avoid saying “Rest is best but over rest is rust”. This can happen only when we maintain equal balance.
