Sex, Emotions and Politics

Sex, emotions and politics haven’t been in the news until exercising your libido got out into the open and people were keen to see how best to show off the political persona. When I look back at the Kennedy era the fact that he was seen with his wife sharing a tender moment or the fact that he would have his kids in the White house meant the public could see through the political aura. The president showed feelings that were uncommon to see in the government if at all.
 Canada too has graduated from the austere look of Diefenbaker defending the right for western farmers to have an equal voice in central politics to Trudeau who was once seen with a rose in his mouth and whose former wife was once seen sitting on snow looking dejected. She was seen dating A rock group star and it was rumored that she wasn’t material to be  a prime ministers wife. Today people expect Canadian politicians  to show caring and concern not the kind that a western farmer might show if he lost a bet in a rooster fight but more appropriate like being concerned about the endless loss of life in a country where people don’t care about Canadian survival.
Clinton had his fling with a nurse and ending up turning pink when it came to admitting if he had any relation with her. At least the public was able to seethe human side of a political relationships and contacts.I really don’t know how the wife felt at the time but maybe her eye  was on forgiveness so that her husband could finish his mandate in peace. The media has been after juicy stories like this since.

Obama has been shown without a top and there was even a caption of how sexy he looked. I supposed that being young and in shape is in his favor. Lets hope his he wits to withstand the recession no matter what his abdominal muscles look like. Putin was also seen in various poses to exhibit his masculinity as thought to state that the country  needed a vigorous leader like that. So where do we go from here? Are politicians going to get into swimming competitions? That might not be a bad idea in keeping shape and we don’t have to think that there are concentrating on to showing off their virility.

Critics to the publicity these politicians are getting might say that these politicians were caught unaware. Being in the public eye is a very difficult business and one apparently can’t have his guard up all the time if he wants to be human.
