Being a medical billing business owner and mentor I can say from experience that the marketing phase is the most difficult part of starting a medical billing service/business next to going through the process of signing your very first client. Both tasks are completely different and one must learn how to initiate each phase in order to fully reap the rewards. Allow me to explain:

    SALES (which leads to signing your first client) equals the process of negotiating and convincing doctors, physicians or their staff (via telephone or face-to-face meetings) that utilizing your medical billing services will be the best fit for them.
