Tortured, Executed and Hung Two Men in Tamaulipas … Also Leave Narcobanners

During the morning of Tuesday, the 066 Emergency Service of Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, received a call, where they were informed that two people had been executed.

According to the call, the victims had been abandoned in the Beltway Juan Boca Captain. It was just a bridge, where they remained two men executed and hanged.

The male victims had gunshot wounds to various parts of the body besides the men were brutally tortured and their bodies were covered with plastic bags in black, from those used for trash.

Forensic Medical Service Personnel raised the two bodies, same as far as they remain unknown. Authorities said it’s possibly two members of the Gulf Cartel, but that version has not been confirmed.
