Depression Doesn’t Only Affect Your Life
Depression should not be ignored, if your sad and don’t know why and can’t control your emotions, help is closer that you think, don’t be embarassed.
Functioning when we are depressed is near impossible, you make excuses why you can’t do things, and you can’t stay focused on one thing at a time. It is like having ADHD without moving, your mind is raising and you can’t do anything about it.
All in all depression makes living very difficult, but it does not have to be, you don’t have to separate yourself from your family and friends, there is help out there. When your suffering, your spouse sees your feeling down, your children don’t see you enthusiasm you use to have, even your work perform is down, some people even quit their jobs. So don’t let depression ruin your life.
Understanding depression is one step in the right direction, it is a mental illness, while it is not clear what causes a person to suffer from depression, it is clear that a chemical imbalance occurs; usually after a dramatic experience, such as the lose of a love one, such as a spouse, child or parent. If you and your spouse are suffering financial difficulty, that can weigh heavy on ones mind causing arguments where you’re unable to discuss the situation. There is when the depression worsen, and the person just doesn’t want to deal with the problems, which is quite serious, since thoughts of killing oneself comes into play.
Just because you are depressed you don’t have to stay this way, talk to your doctor about the best treatment that may be good for you. Talk to him or her about how your feeling very sad, or having trouble sleeping, crying all the time, perhaps your irritable and yelling at the family for stupid things.
If you find that your depression is putting you life on hold then you know what to do. I tell everyone if they do not feel comfortable with their doctor, whether it is you GYN/OB, your child’s doctor, your primary doctor, then it is time to seek out someone that you can relate to and feel comfortable with.
Here is a quick over all, and if you answer more than half, please talk to your doctor, your family wants the old you back, and your want to start enjoying life.

Feel worthless, and feel as if you’re disappointing other.
These are some of the hard-core signs of depression; don’t let depression ruin your life.
