Be One with Nature
Feeling a lot of stress in your life and want a way to relax? Try taking a walk outside and letting nature heal you.
After you have taken at least 15 minutes to listen to the music of the nature around you, try playing some music on your walkman, CD player or MP3 player. Now pay attention to the trees, breathe in the fresh air and watch as the trees start swaying to the rhythm of your music. They cannot hear it, but somehow they are swaying in perfect rhythm to your music.
When is the last time you took a walk outside? You can go to your local park, go hiking or just go out in your own back yard. Sit down and listen to the trees blowing around you. Look up at the sky and watch God’s little creatures running around you in the trees. Listen for all the animal sounds like: crickets, birds, squirrels, etc.
Nature is something we all take for grated or only visit when we need to relax and take a break, we often call these mini-vacations. We all feel better after spending some time alone with nature. Whether it is the fresh clean air, the smell of the wild flowers, the peaceful serenity that comes from nature can only be attributed to its creator, God.
Whether you believe in God or not, you cannot deny that something amazing and wonderful created nature to heal us in ways the world around us never could. Nature has a healing power that can heal you of so many ailments, like the flu. For some reason people use products that come from nature without really realizing, that they are connecting to something bigger than they are. They are using a product from nature that has existed for millions of years and some even date back to Bible times. One might even be using a piece of Aloe Vera from a plant that was given to you by a cherished loved one.
Do not underestimate the power of nature. Get outside and let it sweep you off your feet. Let all your worries, fears and stress go, let it fly up into trees. Breathe in and out, do this for several minutes. After your nature walk, enjoy life to the fullest and remember to take other nature breaks. Getting in touch with nature will help you live a longer and healthy life.
