Dea Agents Arrest Former Puerto Rican Drug Kingpin

Or known as Jr. Capsula, Figureroa Agosto in Puerto Rico, was arrested by DEA agents this Saturday in a high-speed chase in a town called Santurce, near San Juan.
Jose David Figueroa Agosto is know as the Puerto Rican Drug Kingpin, and was on the Puerto Rico Most Wanted.
Jose David Figueroa Agosto is also known for breaking out of jail.
In 1999, Jose David Figueroa Agosto broke out of jail after being charged for murder.
He went into Puerto Rico in disguise with lost weight and a wig to make sure that no one could find him.
Jose David Figueroa Agosto was arrested, but had made 4 million dollars in Drug tracking.
