How to be Zen

Reading this will guarantee the calming of your spirit.

To be zen, just think of yourself in a calm, peaceful place. Let go of all the tensions in your life and just focus on the setting and the scenery, what you smell, taste, hear, and see.  Oh, and feel.  For example:

The swirls of lavender, maroon, and caramel, blended into the soft afternoon sunset, loom over me.  I can hear the crisp wind tenderly combing the sand dunes, and then gently breathing life into the dazzling flames of the exotic Tiki candle.  I stare at the glassy sea, reflecting the moonshine.  As I close my eyes to contemplate about nothingness and harmony.   I only think about how I am surrounded by nothingness, just the blank, white sand.
