Rainbow Chakra Juices and Fruit Salad for The Seven Chakras

There are numerous ways to energize the chakras naturally. One such way is by consuming the Chakra foods related to the seven chakras. Chakras refer to the energy centers in the human body. Though there are hundreds of chakras in the human body, the major ones are just seven. These seven important centers of energy are vertically aligned in the center of the body close to the spine. These chakras receive energy constantly, be it negative or positive. In reality our natural state of chakras is of high energy, intuition and creativity. Negative energies or thoughts can make it unhealthy or out of balance. For a fruit version mix apple with orange, pineapple, fennel, white or red grapes and blueberries or blackberries. For a vegetable version of the drink can be made by adding tomato, lemon, carrot, fennel, celery and basil to the base apple juice.

For instance you can add cherries or strawberries for the root chakra, oranges or peaches for the Sacral chakra, yellow Bananas for the Solar Plexus Chakra, green grapes or kiwis for the heart chakra, blue berries for the throat chakra, red plums or red grapes for the Third Eye Chakra and blackberries or black grapes for the Crown Chakra.

    My gosh these foods and drinks for your chakras this is news to me thanks for sharing. By the way is there percific foods for the brow chakra? (3rd Eye) This is a chakra that i am mostly focusing on.
