Rainbow Meditation
An easy meditation to balance the Chakras.
- Start in a quite room where you won’t be disturbed.
- Take in deep breaths through your nose and out through the mouth. Focus on your breathing, nothing else. In and out. (This will take some practice)
- When you start to feel relaxed. Imagine a bright red swirling around you. Then absorbing into the root charka area, located at the groin area.
- Now imagine orange swirling around you. Then absorbing into the sacral charkra, located in the area between the navel and groin.
- A bright sun yellow is the next color. Location is the solar plexus, between the base of the sternum and navel.
- Green. Located at the heart, in the center of the chest.
- Blue. Throat, base of the neck.
- Indigo. Third eye, middle of forehead between eyebrows.
- Violet. Crown. Top of head.
- When you are done, with the crown chakra. Imagine a pure almost silvery white enveloping you being absorbed through your palms. When you are done, take a few more deep breaths.
- Ground and center yourself and you are done.
