Release the Artist Within

Language is powerful. Through language you will be able to enhance your best creative effort. Repeat these often. Create your own affirmation and bring control and power to your work from within your self. Yours is the voice best able to speak the language of your heart and imagination. Here ares ome examples that have woked for me.

1. I am relaxing into my art as I let go of any fear of failure or success.
2. I am bringing my art forward through my energy from within.
3. I have the strength and power to use my creative energy.
4. I am acheiving my goals with my creative energy.
5. I bring forth my own imagery through my creative expression.
6. All I create has value as self expression.
7. I have inner vision and I am letting it guide my work.

Before you begin a new painting, song, poem or whatever medium you use to express your self through a creative process, first close your eyes, take a few deep breaths to help relax and then use some positive affirmations to put yourseldf in touch with your personal energy.
